Traders selected for promotion receive an allocation of real FFN capital in a live brokerage account.</p><p>Simulated performance determines eligibility for consideration. It does not determine the amount of live capital allocated.</p><p>All traders promoted to the Institution begin with the same initial FFN capital allocation and may earn additional capital based on live performance.</p><h2>Promotion Review</h2><p>A Promotion Review is triggered when either of the following occurs:</p><ul><li>A trader requests their 4th payout from a single Sim Funded account; or</li><li>A trader reaches 10 total payouts since their previous Promotion Review.</li></ul><p>When a Promotion Review is triggered, all Sim Funded accounts held by the trader are closed, regardless of the outcome of the Promotion Review. Evaluations stay open (see Article 5.2).</p><p>Any payout that triggered the Promotion Review remains subject to the applicable Sim Funded payout rules.</p><p>Following the Promotion Review, the trader's payout count toward any future Promotion Review resets to zero.</p><h2>Promotion Review Process</h2><p>The Promotion Review consists of two components.</p><h3>Trading Performance Review</h3><p>The FFN Risk Team reviews the trader's historical performance, including factors such as:</p><ul><li>Profitability</li><li>Drawdown</li><li>Position sizing</li><li>Trading frequency</li><li>Consistency</li><li>Markets traded</li><li>Trading behavior</li><li>Risk-adjusted performance</li><li>Overall risk profile</li></ul><p>No single metric guarantees promotion.</p><h3>1:1 Risk Interview</h3><p>The trader will complete a one-on-one interview with an FFN Live Risk Manager.</p><p>The interview may cover the trader's strategy, preferred markets, typical position sizing, holding periods, approach to drawdowns, risk controls, trading schedule, market conditions, and other information relevant to FFN's decision to deploy company capital.</p><p>The Risk Interview is an internal FFN capital-allocation process. It is not investment advice, trading advice, or individualized financial advice.</p><h2>Promotion Review Outcomes</h2><p>Every Promotion Review results in one of three outcomes.</p><h3>Promoted to the Institution</h3><p>The trader receives an FFN live account funded with an initial $3,000 of real FFN capital.</p><h3>Approved for Promotion, Trader Declines</h3><p>A trader who is approved for the Institution may decline promotion.</p><p>The trader will receive an additional $1,000 transition payout and may immediately restart from the beginning of the FFN evaluation process.</p><p>Declining promotion does not prevent the trader from qualifying for a future Promotion Review.</p><h3>Not Promoted</h3><p>A trader who is not selected for the Institution may immediately restart from the beginning of the FFN evaluation process.</p><p>No additional $1,000 transition payout applies.</p><h3>Sim Funded Accounts Close in Every Outcome</h3><p>All existing Sim Funded accounts close when a Promotion Review occurs, regardless of the outcome.</p><ul><li>Promotion does not preserve Sim Funded accounts.</li><li>Declining promotion does not preserve Sim Funded accounts.</li><li>Not being selected does not preserve Sim Funded accounts.</li></ul><h2>Initial Live Capital</h2><p>Every trader promoted to the Institution begins with:</p><figure class=\"wysiwyg-table wysiwyg-table-align-left\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><table style=\"border-collapse: collapse; border-spacing: 0px;\">\n<thead><tr>\n<th style=\"padding: 5px;\"><strong>Institution Account</strong></th>\n<th style=\"padding: 5px;\"><strong>At Promotion</strong></th>\n</tr></thead>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"padding: 5px;\">Initial FFN capital</td>\n<td style=\"padding: 5px;\">$3,000</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"padding: 5px;\">Initial Maximum Loss Limit (MLL)</td>\n<td style=\"padding: 5px;\">$0</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"padding: 5px;\">Trader profit share</td>\n<td style=\"padding: 5px;\">90%</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"padding: 5px;\">FFN profit share</td>\n<td style=\"padding: 5px;\">10%</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"padding: 5px;\">Eligible payout processing</td>\n<td style=\"padding: 5px;\">Same business day</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"padding: 5px;\">Overnight positions</td>\n<td style=\"padding: 5px;\">Not permitted</td>\n</tr>\n</tbody>\n</table></figure><p>The initial $3,000 is real capital owned and provided by FFN.</p><p>FFN capital is not trader profit and cannot be withdrawn by the trader.</p><p>Simulated balances and accumulated Sim profits do not transfer dollar for dollar into the live account.</p><h2>Live Profit Split</h2><p>Net eligible live trading profits are allocated <strong>90% to the trader</strong> and <strong>10% to FFN</strong>.</p><p>The trader's 90% share is eligible for payout subject to these rules.</p><p>FFN's 10% share remains FFN property. Eligibility criteria and ranking methodology will be established before the applicable ranking period and will not be changed retroactively during that period.</p><h2>Institution Leaderboard</h2><p>FFN may publish a live Institution Leaderboard displaying information such as:</p><ul><li>Institution rank</li><li>Risk-Weighted Return</li><li>Institution level</li><li>FFN capital allocation</li><li>Cumulative live profit</li><li>Top 10% finishes</li><li>Monthly wins</li><li>Live tenure</li></ul><p>The leaderboard may reset monthly while maintaining each trader's historical Institution record.</p><h2>Institution Levels</h2><p>Institution Levels recognize the amount of real FFN capital a trader has earned the opportunity to manage.</p><figure class=\"wysiwyg-table wysiwyg-table-align-left\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><table style=\"border-collapse: collapse; border-spacing: 0px;\">\n<thead><tr>\n<th style=\"padding: 5px;\"><strong>FFN Capital Allocation</strong></th>\n<th style=\"padding: 5px;\"><strong>Institution Level</strong></th>\n</tr></thead>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"padding: 5px;\">$3,000+</td>\n<td style=\"padding: 5px;\">Associate Trader</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"padding: 5px;\">$5,000+</td>\n<td style=\"padding: 5px;\">Trader</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"padding: 5px;\">$10,000+</td>\n<td style=\"padding: 5px;\">Senior Trader</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"padding: 5px;\">$25,000+</td>\n<td style=\"padding: 5px;\">Principal Trader</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"padding: 5px;\">$50,000+</td>\n<td style=\"padding: 5px;\">Portfolio Trader</td>\n</tr>\n</tbody>\n</table></figure><p>Institution Levels are recognition designations and do not independently modify these rules unless FFN expressly states otherwise.
